I could not do that. I modelled for sixteen years, and when stress, broken sleep and cortisol showed up on my face, it showed up in my work. That forced me to understand what was actually happening beneath the skin: the inflammation, the fluid retention, the hormonal triggers most people never connect to what they see in the mirror.
